If it were me, I would definitely want the garage wide enough to open the bay doors and have the sides open. I would think 14-16 ft. wide, 55 ft. deep (min).
If you like to do your own maintenance or just check things under your coach, put in a pit so that you can safely go under.
I would want plenty of lighting, sewer connection, 50 amp service, insulated, etc.
