Mine is 17 by 40 which was dictated by the room I had. 12 by 12 door which was supposed to be 13 by 12 but that didn't happen either. I do have 20, 30 and 50 amp hookups as well as satellite TV, sewer, water and an air line from the air compressor. Would have been 20 by 45 and taller if space would have allowed. I also have a sewer dump outside the garage and the adjoining garage has 3/4 bathroom for visitors which sadly has only happened twice in 10 years.
