If you were to build a RV garage , would you make it wide enough to open slides while housed inside. Also How wide would you make it. I own older rv no slides, so I' am looking at overall needs of gar...

Mine is 24' X 52' with a 20' X 14' single door.
At 24' wide, I can put the slides out (I only have them on one side) and still get my boat into the garage next to it.
If I were doing it again, I would go 4' wider.
Whatever you build, it will not be big enough.
