I built this 1 year ago and has held up fine with the high winds in Vegas, city codes said I could not build a large garage and the carport companies wanted $7500+ for a 38 x 18 carport so I built this myself, cost under $3000 and keeps the sun off RV and allows me to have both slideouts out, with full hookups its also a 2nd home in my back yard..
