We built this 10 years ago for our 34', 2 slider one side fiver. Worked great with the fiver, never realized at the time we would leave the dark side and get a MH :S
It is 16x40 with a 14'high door. The MH fits like a glove, literally.
I have about 2" clearance in both the front and rear. The side passenger door is really not needed any longer since the big door has to go up to get to the coach door. We can get one set of sliders extended but not all without losing access to the coach.
Moral of story, think BIGGER cause you don't know what tomorrow may bring :W
Actually I'm grateful to have it stored on our property and covered for the winter snow. Better than nothin.
