The list is good, but you appear to have some duplication:
beach chairs and folding chairs
lantern, portable cfl light, and flashlights
garage towels and shop rags.
I would reorg your list according to item type (all stoves/grills, etc) and look to see what you can eliminate. Every little space helps.
If either of you have sensitive skin, make sure you bring your preffered laundry detergent - you may not find that brand when you head to the laundromat. :)
