One suggestion:
Organize your list by storage location. That way when you are checking before departure you are not running around the MH or jumping all over the list. Easy to make mistakes that way. On our race rig, we have a list of what is in each compartment taped to the inside of the compartment door. Obviously we carry LOTS of parts in small boxes, but it does make it easy for someone who is not familiar with our storage system to find a particular part or tool.
