Gascap...you really want an RV tech to do the inspection. I like Kal Tire, but as far as I know they only do the mechanical, NOT an RV house inspection. They'll have checked the brakes, lights and so on. They won't have done a pressure test to see if there a water leak from the roof? How about the appliances...do they all work? Kal doesn't do that stuff.
As far as paying someone to drive it over..there are lots of RV lots in the area. Call to arrange the testing and see if they'll go fetch it, but still, expect to pay for someone's time, yes.
