Had State Farm for peobably 45 years. They have always treated us well.
Time for you to shop around!!!!
Why? I get decent rates on all our stuff, local agent who knows us and treats us like a person, not a number. Being we are part owner I see no reason to change to something worse!
How do you know if you never shopped around and compare. I had State Farm and I just changed it to Farmers and saved 1,500 a years! I change my insurance every few years and I always always always save money in some way!!! I don't go cheap with the policy. I always get the highest protections. SO, for me, it pays to shop around.

Over the years I've learned that insurance companies will never show any loyalty to you, so why show any to them. When the rates go up go shopping. I had State Farm for almost 30 years, but about 15 years ago they decided they wanted to get out of the car insurance business in California and started raising their rates. We went to AAA and insured the motor home with Progressive. A few years later State Farm realized they had made a mistake and started lowering their prices on car insurance....too late!
Progressive was good for about 4 years and then had a huge rate increase in pockets across the U.S. When we changed our cars over to AAA they weren't insuring motor homes at the time. I checked with them when the Progressive rates went up and saved over $400.00 a year on the motor home. We've been with AAA ever since (13 years) and their rates have stayed competitive. They're a non-profit company....give them a try.
