RV leaking water while filling water tank???
Hi I have a 98 class C Jayco Eagle When I fill up the fresh water it fills for a bit (say 1/4 full) then as its filling water starts leaking quickly under the RV. Not seeing anything leak in the RV...

When our tank fills, the overflow spits it out right on top of the propane tank. I figured some engineer at Coachman got extra points for dual-purpose fire suppression. :)
When we got our RV, the previous owner had mounted a shelf and brackets in the back storage compartment and -- yes -- had drilled right into the water tank. You might look around to see if there are any shelves/brackets/screws that look like recent additions. Maybe the guy who added our shelf had some practice runs. ;)
