RV Museum in Germany
For those of you who are interested in RVing history, and how vehicles developed around the world, you will find a visit to the Ewin Hymer Museum in Germany, worthwhile. I was there a couple of weeks ago, and found it fascinating. Lots of Class B vehicles, as well as trailers from all over the world. You can check their website ( www.erwin-hymer-museum.de ). Great collection ( I even saw a trailer pulled by a Lamborghini !)
It is located about a 2 hour drive from Munich. Next to the Museum is the Hymer RV factory, the most popular RV brand in Germany. Great RVs, by the way. Worthwhile the side trip.
