Alright thank you everyone. As I have already completed the roof with the lap sealant I will just be sure to vigilant and check it often, when attention is needed I am going to find my self some of the Eternabond. How well does it stand up to things like freezing rain and snow? Last year we had a massive ice storm followed by extreme cold temperatures, so cold we had frost quakes on a regular basis. I am worried that as water starts to get around the seams or freezing rain that the expansion as it freezes will cause the sealant to seperate from the seams or crack. Should this be a concern for me and if so any preventive measures other then the obvious clearing of the roof from snow and ice buildup?
The PBR gets the job done and I enjoy it, that's all that matters to me! I sure hope it stays the same after being sold.
