This topic always stirs up a hornets nest. My rig is new now but my last one went over the ten year rule by a few years and I was asked a couple of times.
Traverse Bay RV Resortcame out for a final inspection when we got there and all was fine. I believe they even complimented us. If I owned a RV park I would consider the policy for the reasons mentioned. It is simply a tool that one may need to exercise if a rig is horrible shape. If you keep your older RV in tip top shape wouldn't you want owners of other rigs to do the same?
