I suspect it's more of an excuse a park can use to say no to a dilapidated rig.
I have encountered it starting back when this rig's age was expressed in MONTHS (less than 10) not years.
And my policy has and always will be: PARK ELSEWHERE.
I figure if they are so busy they have to turn away rigs just cause they are so many years old.. They do not need my business.
