Hom......If you had done a search on this topic it comes up a couple of times a year. A few read the post and immediately declare "I'll never go there" without giving the purpose of the rule any thought.
Throughout this country, litigation has crept into campgrounds and some states give the same rights to RVer's as they do renters. So if you allow a pile of junk to stay at your RV park, you may have to go through the eviction process to remove them.
The 10 year rule gives the campground some recourse when dealing with low lifes they may not be able to get rid of, once they're in.
You never hear of someone on here actually being rejected, it's always...I read about a guy, or a had a friend story.....then the lemmings jump in and say they'll never go there!
