Thanks for the feedback, I've had it asked at 3 different RV parks along the West Coast. Mine is currently young enough that it is not an issue.
It sounds like what I thought - a way to turn away those that are falling apart, not maintained. If I keep it up and looking well maintained, even if I lied about it they wouldn't say anything.
