RV Resorts vs Campgrounds
OK, I tried searching the forums & did not find the first thing. So here goes, What is the difference between a campground & a RV resort. :h Thanks for your help in advance.

IMO campgrounds are in the woods or rural area's KOA's are campgrounds
state parks, federal parks etc.. no hookups..etc
resorts, are close to attractions, paved, manicured, full hookups, and quite a few amenities .. pool, other facilities & attractions
once a year i goto a resort, where i meet with a small group of friends for the weekend
the rest of the year we full time in various campgrounds and off the beaten trak areas
