DirectV has never told me I needed two accounts. I do not usually use the same receivers in both places. Directv has been good about changing my location so I get the locals where I am traveling.

I've had service (HD w/recorders) to both the MH and the home since I've had DTV. They know I have two antennas and receivers in both. It's never been an issue with service whether it's in the home or RV they simply don't care. Its never been required by them to connect to a phone line or WI-FI. To them it's just a signal for us to catch.
Now if I want East or West coast feeds I would need to go another route, but what I have is simple and easy to manage.
