RV to power home temp
Does anyone use their rv to power their house during power outages?

Have done it. no longer have a house.. HOW..
RV was modified by the addition of some 30 amp outlets one twist lock and two TT30s (THey have powered other people's RV's from time to time).
House was modified by addition of a GENERATOR TRANSFER PANEL and 30 amp inlet. also twist lock.
ONLY 120 volt devices could be switched over
ONE hall light we almost never used was left on MAIN
When the hall lit up... Time to switch back to main
WOrked great.. Likely about a thousand dollars for everything including professional re-wiring of house and replacement breaker panel.
Warm wife... (It was Jan 1 when power went out) Priceless.
