We towed TT's for years and setting up a Class A is much easier and quicker than any towable, IMO. Park, level, extend slides, connect utilities.... you are done. Now, putting out all the chairs, tables, grill, etc. is the same.
How you elect to tow your toad also is a factor. If using a tow dolly, that will take more time. If you tow four wheels down, unhooking the toad is pretty easy.
