RVPR is probably the best site to get visitor reviews. I have posted both positive and negative reviews and ALL were posted in a timely manner. Just remember, just like a butt, everyone has an opinion so keep that in mind when using RVPR. Read all the most current reviews then form an opinion.

We stayed one night only 4/21 and I was quite underwhelmed. Sites are tight and I always hated the Jack & Jill sites where you face your neighbor. Naturally they put us facing someone that actually lives in the RV. She was a great lady but we simply had no patio to speak of as our neighbor occupied it. We did have a broken concrete pad that was silly petite. It is exactly as wide as the wheels and right after the concrete ends was wet mud. Not blaming the CG as they had a huge snow event just days before. However for $70 a night maybe they should have poured more generous pads. Office overcharged us as they added $10 for two children and we have no children. They claimed we said we had children which was pure bunk as we simply have never had children period. They wouldn't refund as apparently their "corporate owner" doesn't allow refunds. We camped here in a 43' motorhome and we won't be back. We camped at Dakota Ridge RV Park in a Motorhome.

Wow...that review. What they did is steal from you. I certainly hope you contacted the State Attorney General and registered a complaint. Even if all they do is contact 'Corporate', a company officer has to answer the complaint, which often gets some positive action.

Just to be clear, when RVParkReviews asks a reviewer to add some additional information about a park, there is no requirement that the added information is favorable. I've personally handled quite a few reviews where the revised review comes back with additional negative information which would make someone even less likely to stay there.

All that is asked is that your review not pertain to a single circumstance that is not likely to occur for most other RVers. For example, people often, and rightly so, get upset if a park loses their reservation. And the definitely should be able to say that, but if they did eventually stay at the park, why not tell people something else about it. What did you like? What could have been better?

We're sorry if some people feel this requirement is an impossible burden, but we believe the overall quality of the site is improved by it. If you choose not to participate because of it, that's your right.

RVPR is ad supported using a Google ads feed. RVPR have some control over the types of ads that are displayed though.

I am not a big fan of site that censor posters and their reviews. If you get enough reviews you can see what one RVer likes and you can see what one RVer does not like.
I now use RVParky.com I even found some errors on their site, contacted them, got a direct response and watched the site correct the errors. They have never modified, deleted or failed to post any review and I have posted both good and bad. There simply are some parks out there where trying to find anything good to say would be like trying to write a children's story. You were asked to revise your review so that your bad experience wasn't the entirety of the review. RVParkReviews has a policy that all reviews must contain at least some information that is useful to others in determining if the park is suitable for them. Most other people will not have had your bad experience with the sewer connection; if that were the entirety of your review it would not have any relevance to them. You were permitted to tell others about your negative experience, you were asked to do is to not have it be all you said about this park.

I too have had problems getting my review posted on rvreviews.com
Most recently the review involved a campsite in vermont. While getting ready to cook dinner outside sewer connection in campsite started bubbling out sewage. We were not connected at this time? They came to pump out the line in 1 hour. When I posted this review it was not posted until I candy coated the review, I had to add the grass was Green and the dog walking area was Nice. I have also noticed when looking at other campground reviews many are years old. 2014, 2015. I believe many campers are using other sires or just fed up with rvreviews. Com. I too will not be using this Free Site in the future!

I just checked out rvparky.com , I think I'll be using that in the future.

Is there any reason you won't post copies of those "honest" reviews here? By doing so,people could see how rvparkreviews is "sugarcoating" the site by failing to post legitimate reviews that are rejected only because they aren't positive.
The only reason I can think of is that your "honest" reviews really aren't reviews at all, but are really just rants against a park's employees or policies. If that is the case, they would clearly fall outside the guidelines for reviews at rvparkreviews.com and should rightly be rejected.
