Safe-T-Plus problem

I had Camping World Houston install the Safe-T-Plus on my Vista 30T. They spent most of two days trying to adjust it so it wouldn't pull to one side or another and finally gave up and removed it. Has anyone else had this problem. I really wanted it to work.

    I put a mark on the tie rod as a reference when making those very small adjustments to align the Safe-T-Plus.

    I had a similar issue for fine adjustment. It worked out fine when my alignment was corrected.
