1. Run away from the dealer that told you Fleetwood is out of business they are a lying sack of $hit. Fleetwood gives really good support over the phone and support all the models sold before the BK.
2. I always sell outright sold 2 toy haulers and one class A, I sold a 2007 Fleetwood Discovery had it on Craigs List and RV Trader, it took a year to sell but I was not in a hurry as I still used it. I think they sell quicker if you clean them out of all your personal belongings and detail it really well. Anyway I got $15k more than a dealer was willing to give me.
