Cruz-in, I think you've already gotten your best advice. You'll just have to sort thru the 'stuff' to find it. This isn't a real estate transaction so all that can be dismissed. If you have a list of buyers, start at the top and start calling. First with the cash gets the rig. Pretty simple. Don't be surprised though if no one comes through.
