You priced the MH for a set price. The first person to show up and put the advertised price IN CASH is the new owner. f you stated a price you should live with it. If you start a bidding war, I would walk away because you are being dishonest in your requested sale price. I would tel you to keep it and let everyone know that you are not to be trusted.
