When I redid my fogged windows, I found one badly etched. Took it to the only glass shop that I knew about, and they could have made it in-shop except that it was a front tempered glass and they had to send the job out to get tempered glass. Two days later, I had an exact match in tempered glass.
I think you can simply google glass cutting, San Diego and find some leads to start your search. If the shops you call can't cut glass I'd be surprised.
