Well Sir, all I can say is I'm sorry you had that experience with them. It was a bit of work but, I've seen those boys do a lot of hard jobs and all of them came out nice. But, I guess things have changed. They must be getting lazy. Oh well, the good part is, you found another source for the repair. I'm very interested in the outcome of your repair. In our '04 Itasca Horizon 36GD, the rear left bedroom window has a fogged section in it so, I might just have to give them a call since that company's only about 25 minutes from us.
