In motion domes are still readily available. No real issues there. Some think the end of DTV SD is near and some think this also means the domes will not longer work with DTV. We actually don't know if the 2 events have anything to do with each other. The domes CAN receive HD as demonstrated by the Dish Network programming (and the reason in-motion domes are not going away). What the dome cannot do is receive the DirecTV programming broadcast on the KA band, only KU band (all of Dish Network). Just because HD "may" be going away does not mean that the KU broadcast on 101 is going away.
