One connection is probably a dedicated connection for the satellite dome. Most satellite systems cannot be used through the camper coax wire that goes through the normal over the air system. There are too many connections and the satellite systems don't work with the camper power boosters and such. So a straight line from the dome to the connection. You connect the satellite receiver to that connection and then the receiver to the television.
The second connection is for the over-the-air (bat wing antenna), or if you connect cable.
This is pretty much how every camper is wired up. There is a single dedicated line from the dome to the receiver. You usually split to multiple televisions at the satellite receiver (depending upon your system of choice).
