Satellite hookups

I have 2015 Winnebago Sightseer. I have roof top Winnegaard Traveler. I am in trees at cottage so roof top will not get signal I ran a coax from my cottage satellite to motorhome portable input. I then reversed the input source for receiver and get perfect picture in lounge. I would like to get something in bedroom. I doubt it will be a source for bedroom receiver. I am good if it is the same thing playing on lounge (main) receiver. I have the entertainment box for three TV hookup. Any ideas without new wires?
  • Run your portable antenna coax thru the window and directly in to the input spot on your entertainment box. Then you should be able to view satellite stations on all of the TV's.
  • I go thru windows using those 6 inch long flat cables with F fittings on both ends. work fine.
    bumpy
  • I used to use them but was hoping things were wired si could avoid the window.
  • My coach does have an exterior hook-up for the RV Park cable. Have you tried attaching your antenna coax to that connection?
  • I am hooking the connection to the portable input in the wet bay. I then hook the receiver to the portable input in the overhead. The receiver connects to main tv via hdmi cable. This works well. Somewhere in the background there are other connections I assume that link the TV's to the switch in the other front compartment. The switch has 3 TV options and sat, antenna, cable DVD . I am able to get antenna to bedroom as well as rooftop sat to bedroom receiver. I understand my outside tv will have the same as the main tv. Wonder if I can get same as main in bedroom.

The flat connector works well, installs quickly and is uncomplicated.
  • My problem is not getting the connection into the motorhome. I have done that and to receiver and then to loung TV. I am trying to figure out how to mirror he picture on lounge TV into the bedroom
