Satellite Radio Antenna Placement on a Class C

Does anyone here have experience placing the ‘pill box’ antenna on a Class C motorhome? I have been using an XM Satellite Radio Module in my truck with the antenna placed on the center of the dash ...

I put my GPS on the dash and it works fine. I expect the Sat Radio would work fine on the dash too.
