Hi Just Lee,
You will have to add the Transmission Temp display to your Scan Gauge.
There are also additional functions you can add depending on what vehicle you are driving. Just go here for additional information and select the make of vehicle:

It took me a couple of attempts to get my transmission temp entered.
You can adjust the mpg setting to match your MH by adding an adjustment. It is explained in the documentation. After adding the adjustment based on real world figures our scan gauge provides a pretty accurate record of our MH average mpg.
You can do quite a bit of customizing to the scan gauge displays if you are so inclined
