Scan Gauge 2

I wanted to pull trans temp, and was the only reason I was willing to spring for a Scan Gauge. I called the manufacturer, and they told me that they didn't think it was possible to pull the trans temp on my vehicle, a 2008 Toyota 4Runner. But I read on a 4Runner forum of one person who programmed in some numbers, and got trans temp, so I gambled and bought one. I programmed in the numbers, and I also now have trans temp.

So I can't say if you could pull trans temp on your Sprinter. I would just suggest you find a forum for owners of your vehicle and inquire as to whether anyone has been able to pull the data you want with a Scan Gauge.
