Even on a scan gauge you only have 2 monitors displayed. Very easy to just swipe to the side to go the next display. When I get a class A I will have an IPad or Tablet to monitor the gauges. There is a bit more dash area in class A so the I pad or Tablet will fit better!
On the ScanGauge you have four things that are monitored on a continuous basis without any input at all other than to plug it in to the OBDII port. That port supplies the power and the information to be displayed. Turns on automatically with the ignition and off when you shut down. My ScanGauge monitors coolant temp, trans fluid temp, charging voltage, and air fuel ratio at the same time without me having to touch it.
