Scan Gauge

I have been trying to decide if I wanted to try the Scan Gauge. After reading comments, I'm tempted to try the dash command app. I understand the app and how it works, but since I'm far from being high tech., I don't know where or how to connect it to the motorhome.

Any help will be appreciated.. Thanks in advance.
