ScanGauge....can you select symbols?
Just installed a SCII. The water temp WT shows on the screen as.... 198°F WT. The °F is a preset by scan gauge. I used the code for my trans temp and it reads 189TRA I selected the three lette...

I couldn't find a degree symbol amoungst the characters you can select from so I just when with ATF. I use the same scan gauge unit with another vehicle so for that vehicle I used A/T. Seemed to make the most sense to me, given the character limitations. Might be worth asking the scan gauge folks about the degree symbol.
