You've weighted it, aligned it and stabilized it. We think it's front-light. Let's borrow about 500 pounds of workout weights and load them in the cab or just behind the front seats. See if it's better.
Do the math on stretching the wheelbase. How much longer can you make the wheelbase before you have to add the complexities of steering at all 4 corners? If it got to that I suspect that MH owners would be required to get driver training and an endorsement on their drivers license - especially if there's a manual override for the rear-steer at low speed to allow for over-steer at left/right turns at intersections.
