Schwintek must not stop while extending/retracting?

LOL I think the same thing every time I operate ours and it's just on the small bedroom slide..

But seriously yes they do tell you to extend them fully and retract them fully. Don't let off the button until the motors load up and quit. I guess that keeps them running the same speed...
