Have no idea what kind of coach you are dealing with, but on the various owners groups on the web, I have seen all kinds of "How I Installed a Residental Fridge" topics. Your best bet is to get onto one of these sites and find out what others did, or else when you go around a corner your fridge will tip right out into the aisle. Two I can think of where this has been talked about are Tiffin RV Network and the Foretravel Owner's Forum. But you have to register to get into those forums. There are plenty of other Owner's forums out there.
I do know you can attach padlock hasps to refrigerators, as I have seen plenty that have that done.
