I agree the coils are in the back of the fridge - what I'm concerned about is voiding the sealed portion of the box by penetrating it with screw holes - they sealed for a reason.
Plenty of people around here and over at Irv2, and on other RV sites have done this conversion. All the OP needs to do is hook up with one of them to find out what they did. Maybe the search function might help him. I personally would not go giving advice when I haven't done any drilling and screwing into a fridge myself.

My replies,if you read them, caution him not to drill,screw or do anything to his fridge to might damage it.
Just trying to guide the OP to where he can find the answers, as those in the know don't seem to be answering today. There are lots of people around here who have swapped out Lp Fridges for Residential Fridge in their motorhomes.
