There are mechanics that can help you with the engine and drivetrain issues and you should be able to find one of them at a truck service facility.
Then you are going to need an RV tech to check out the various systems. This you might find by seeing if there are any MOBILE RV service people in your area. The nearest RV park may be able to recommend an RV tech.
It is extremely doubtful that you will find ONE mechanic that is WELL versed in both mechanical and house issues.
