Don't need a set, just get 1. The pin you put through the receiver to hold the bar in place, get one that has a key on a black box you attach to the end. No key, the black box doesn't come off, the pin can't be removed.
That sounds good.....heading to PEI in July......and I wanted to do all the safeguards since I'm new to towing.....
