Remember the prices you see on rv trader are asking prices. NADA guides low retail less 10 to 20% should be your target on a private party sale. That old of a unit the dealers are not going to give any sort of worthwhile warranty so your best bet is usually a private party unless you want to roll the dice on a repo. Maintenance is the most important aspect to consider.
I may be partial but I think you could get a good Monaco Dynasty 2000 or 2001 in the $50K range and have a Roadmaster chassis.
