On ours I can see the tank. When filling it is always leave an inch or so before it hits the overflow.
And Dennis is right. I saw my Dad do that once. The valves on his Tiffin were in the reverse location you'd think they'd be in. Fortunately nothing too gross came out and it was good for a laugh.
He painted the valves after that one, red and green. :B
