Couldn't agree more. Stopped at the same place 2 years ago and found similar problems - including cabinet doors hanging from one hinge. Was promised that all the obvious problems would be corrected before delivery. Walked away & drove to CW Hillsboro and found them no more professional. Finally drove to a competitor in Eugene and purchased a new unit. I'm a very long time CW customer and simply don't understand why their retail outlets are so unprofessional. BTW - went to their new Coburg Oregon store a couple weeks ago looking for an oil filter for our 7kw Onan generator. The parts person looked and looked and looked at his computer screen - I finally got tired of waiting and told him I'd find one elsewhere.
