Every motorhome, new or used, is going to have a "punch list" of problems to correct. It makes economic sense for the dealer to do it all once. A car dealer doesn't have that problem, since when you drive it off the lot, it is yours, pretty much as is, and a car, either new or used, doesn't have a couch, refrigerator, washing machine, etc, and was not nearly as complicated to build. That being said, if it were me, I would correct the glaring problems up front to improve the chances of a sale.
