Just a clarification, these coaches were NEW and a line carried by CW.
They were not consignment or used coaches they were trying to flip. It's bad enough that apparently they came into CW in this condition (I would hate to think CW did this to them after arrival) but not to make any effort to fix things is unacceptable.
Makes me wonder what kind of "fix" I can expect if I was to buy from them.
