Service Disaster?

So, we had a bad leak up in the over-the-cab loft in our 2001 Minnie Winnie. Took it in for service to seal the leak. They sealed the leak; a $1000-plus job. Problem is, it was still wet and damp inside ... weeks later.

I told them it seems like they did not fix the leak; they claimed they did fix the leak, but there's so much water inside that it's still damp/wet, now 2 months later!

OK, here's my question: WHY would any service shop seal a leak AND NOT dry out the inside first?? Or at least mention it? Now they want to give me an estimate on taking the front end of the loft off so they can dry everything out, AFTER they sealed the leak.

Shouldn't this shop have done that FIRST??????

Any thoughts?
