From reading your post I don't think you are being unreasonable at all.
In the future, take your coach to Redlands Performance and RV in Redlands, CA. They are absolutely the best. Do not go to Colton Truck down the street in Colton, CA.... they are hit and miss.... mostly miss (my experience).
Redlands Performance and RV have come through 110% for me. I have to drive 75-80 miles from Palm Springs, CA, to get to them and it's worth it.
