I would be REALLY concerned WHY your tranny was 3 QUARTS LOW. And why would you pay someone $100/hour to check the air pressure in your tires. Les Schwabb will do it for free..:h.
I don't have a dog in this fight, and McBride's has only a "Very Good" rating with the last post in 2012, but I, for one would be interested in the "other side of the story".......Dennis

Something is definitely missing in the story, as Dennis is correct about CA being the most consumer oriented State in the Union. File a complaint with them and get your money back.
